The process is simple and comprehensive. You simply choose a minimum of two courses, which will be served for all 2-8 of your guests. Provide a clean and clear working environment, and I'll do the rest!
Any prep work is done within my purpose built, professional prep kitchen, with the final cook taking place in your home, where I will present each course. Afterwards, I will leave your kitchen space as I found it. I bring all of my own tableware, cutlery etc., so there is no risk of damage to your plates & glasses, and nothing for you to clean.
Pricing
Local, Seasonal, Elevated
The pricing system is equally simple. There is a flat booking fee of £100, which is refundable up to 72 hours in advance.
All starters and desserts are charged at £20 per person, per course
Main courses are charged at £30 per person, per course
Surcharges may occasionally apply, but will be listed on the menus, and only for particularly expensive ingredients such as fillet steak or lobster.
Sommelier-picked wine pairings are available, as is a standard wine list. All are charged by the bottle.
